Improve Product Purity While Reducing Raw Material Loss
RaymanTech chute color sorters identify and remove discolored, damaged, misshapen and foreign materials from dry, free-flowing products. High-resolution imaging, intelligent recognition software and fast-response ejectors help processors achieve more consistent quality with less manual sorting.
Ideal for: rice, wheat, corn, grains, beans, pulses, seeds, coffee, spices, nuts, snacks, plastic granules and etc.
Wide range, one to twelve tunnels
Easy setup of sorting modes
Independent sorting, positive and reverse sorting, compound sorting
High-brightness LED cold light source, shadow-free illumination
Infrared and InGaAs camera optional
Targeted dust removal and anti-breakage protection system
Widely used for bulk and granular agricultural products such as rice, beans, nuts, seeds and plastics. It is mainly used to detect and remove impurities with different color and shape.

Color and shape sorting
Defect detection
Damaged or deformed product rejection
The machine identifies and removes material with visible differences in color, shape and surface appearance. Depending on the product and selected camera configuration, it can separate discolored, broken, shriveled, mold-spotted, or insect-damaged pieces, as well as shells, stems, stones, and other detectable foreign materials. Because every product and defect is different, we recommend a sample test to confirm the achievable result.
The chute color sorter is designed for dry, free-flowing, granular products such as rice, wheat, corn, beans, pulses, seeds, coffee beans, spices, nuts, plastic granules, and selected minerals. Products should flow evenly through the chutes so that each piece can be clearly inspected. If your material is wet, sticky, very fragile, or irregular in shape, RaymanTech can evaluate whether a belt-type or another optical sorting system would be more suitable.
Yes. In addition to color, the system can evaluate visible differences in shape and surface characteristics. Optional infrared and InGaAs camera configurations can detect certain material differences that may be difficult to distinguish with standard visible-light cameras. The appropriate camera configuration depends on the product and the target defect, so sample testing is the best way to confirm performance.
The system combines high-resolution imaging, stable LED illumination, sorting software, and fast-response ejectors to target unwanted material accurately. Sorting parameters can be adjusted to balance final-product purity and good-product recovery. During sample testing and commissioning, the settings can be optimized to reduce acceptable product in the reject stream while still meeting your quality target.
Capacity depends on the product, particle size, incoming defect level, target purity, and machine configuration. RaymanTech offers configurations from 1 to 12 chutes, allowing the system to support different production scales. Send us your product name and required hourly capacity, and our application team will recommend a suitable model and provide a product-specific capacity estimate.
Selected configurations can divide material into more than a simple accept and reject stream. Independent, accept, reject, and compound sorting modes can support different sorting strategies and quality targets. Tell us how many grades you need and what defines each grade so that we can recommend the appropriate machine and outlet configuration.
Operators can create and save sorting recipes for different materials and defect types. When production changes, a saved recipe can be recalled and fine-tuned instead of setting up the machine from the beginning. This reduces changeover time, simplifies operation, and helps maintain consistent results across shifts.
Yes. The machine can be configured to work with suitable feeding, conveying, collection, and downstream equipment. Before installation, RaymanTech can review your product flow, required capacity, available space, electrical supply, and compressed-air conditions. This information helps determine the correct machine size and connection arrangement for your line.
The sorter requires a stable electrical supply, clean and dry compressed air, consistent product feeding, and routine cleaning of the optical and ejection areas. Its targeted dust-removal design helps keep the inspection area clean, while the anti-breakage system helps protect fragile products during handling. Exact utility requirements depend on the selected model.
Send RaymanTech a representative product sample together with your required capacity, incoming defect information, and target quality. Our team can evaluate the material, recommend a camera and chute configuration, and conduct a sorting test. Reviewing the accepted product, rejected material, and good-product carryover gives you clearer evidence for model selection before purchase.
Tell us about your product and inspection needs. Our specialists will reply within 24 hours with a tailored solution.
