Gravity Fall Metal Detector for Powders and Granules
Detect ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel contaminants in gravity-fed bulk materials. The RaymanTech Gravity Fall Metal Detector inspects powders, flour, pet food, beans, seeds and grains as they pass through a vertical pipe, with a flap rejector to divert detected contamination.
Auto-balance, single- or dual-frequency configurations and running and stop signal outputs support stable detection and line integration.

Which products is this system designed for?
The system is designed for gravity-fed powders, flour, nuts, seeds, grains, wheat, unpacked snack foods and chemical raw materials. Product flow and material characteristics should be considered when selecting the configuration.

What types of metal can it detect?
It detects ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and SUS304 stainless steel. Published empty-state sensitivities are Fe 0.5-0.8 mm, non-Fe 0.8-2.0 mm and SUS304 0.8-2.0 mm in test sample diameter.

What throughput can the system handle?
The capacity range is 1-20 t/h, based on a product density of 1000 kg/m³. Actual throughput depends on the material and the selected configuration. Share your bulk density and flow requirements for sizing.

Which pipe diameters are listed?
